You must first register online to gain access to the facility. A unique PIN number will be posted to your address which you will need to access the service. (This PIN only applies to your web access and differs from your ATM PIN.) Once this is done you are free to avail of all the benefits of CU Online+

These include:

  • View your account balances
  • View recent transactions on your account
  • Transfer money from one of your accounts to another of your Credit Union accounts, also transfer to external accounts using your BIC and IBAN
  • Bill Pay facility – Pay your bills online, Direct Debits, Standing Orders

Please note that you Cannot  use Internet Explorer Browser to access the updated CU Online+ facility

“Sub 32” Account On-line Access

Please note:

Access to accounts ending with the numbers “32” (balance name “Sub 32”) are restricted from on-line access. These accounts are invariably attached to a member’s borrowings.

If you have an account ending with “32”, used as a savings account, we are asking members to call into the credit union and move their savings / unpledged savings to a separate account, to avail of online access to these funds.
