Scheduled Maintenance 7th August 2025

Dear Members, 

As a result of routine maintenance required to our systems, some services may be temporarily impacted on the 7th August between 5pm-7pm. 

Expected Impact on services: 

During this time members may experience up to 45 minutes of temporary downtime to cuOnline, cuMobile, Sepa Instant Payments and EFTs. Debit cards will continue to work as normal. 

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Scheduled Maintenance 9th August 2025

Dear Members,

Scheduled Maintenance on our IT system will be completed on Saturday 9th August 2025 from 2.00pm to 6.00pm.

During this time, Debit Cards will not be impacted. However, account balances available on our Mobile App and Online Services may not reflect the true balance in a member’s account until the maintenance work completes.

As such, member’s will be able to access their accounts online, view balances and authorise transfers, however, the transfer WILL NOT update until after 6pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to plan accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our systems to serve you better.
